Thursday at anytime. Friday will be 6am noon. Gates open at 1–10 p.m. Saturday special request set up 6 a.m.–8 a.m. Gates open at 9am. Layout will be similar to last year.

What the vendor fee covers. (Type yes to acknowledge you read the description.)

The vendor fee covers 2 people in your booth. It does not cover the extra show costs. It will cover one vehicle entry to enter the light show on Friday. It will cover one vehicle to enter the show and shine on Saturday.

All money is due by June 1, 2024… No refunds.. No rain or shine date… All sales are final… You are not guaranteed a spot until you pay in full and this form is returned to us.

I hereby wave all legal and/or future claims towards such entities listed in the event of any accidents, damages, or other events leading to, and including, potential damages or injuries to other individuals or property.
